Background & Professional ExperienceJustine Andronici is an attorney and organizational leader with experience spanning civil rights, victims’ rights, reproductive justice, and program development. Her work bridges litigation, national advocacy, program leadership, and public engagement, with a consistent focus on survivor-centered practice, public accountability, and institutional reform.
Legal & Program Leadership Ms. Andronici’s legal work has included civil rights and discrimination matters, domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse cases. She has worked on high-stakes, survivor-centered civil litigation, including matters arising from one of the most significant institutional sexual abuse cases in the United States, contributing to accountability, public awareness, and reforms in the treatment of victims. In addition to litigation and case supervision, she has designed, launched, and expanded legal advocacy programs providing direct representation and systems-level support. This work has included developing trauma-informed service models, establishing effective supervision and practice standards, and creating training frameworks for attorneys and allied professionals. Ms. Andronici has advised local, state, and national nonprofits and coalitions on advocacy strategy, governance, program development, and organizational growth, integrating legal analysis with broader systems-change efforts. Public Engagement, Communications & Training Ms. Andronici began her professional career in national women’s rights advocacy and public education, including organizing, coalition-building, and communications leadership with the Feminist Majority Foundation. She later earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and served as a Women, Law & Public Policy Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center. Justine has served as a national spokesperson and professionally trained media representative across print, radio, and television, translating complex legal and policy issues for broad public audiences. She is listed as an expert with the Women’s Media Center SheSource network. Ms. Andronici has also served as a speaker and trainer for attorneys, advocates, nonprofit leaders, students, and public audiences, with subject matter including reproductive justice, civil rights, trauma-informed practice, and systems change. Additional Organizational Leadership In addition to her legal and advocacy work, Ms. Andronici is a co-owner of Purple Lizard Maps, a mission-driven publishing organization focused on outdoor recreation and public lands. She has served as in-house General Counsel and as a senior leader responsible for organizational strategy, governance, and public-sector partnerships, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Business Alliance. Justine has also held national and state nonprofit board leadership roles and has developed resilience-based education for professionals working in high-stress public-interest environments, drawing on her experience in law, advocacy, and organizational leadership.
