Training & Speaking
Justine regularly serves as a trainer for attorneys, advocates and legal and social service system professionals seeking to enhance their skills to work effectively and responsibly with survivors of trauma. Justine's trainings help lawyers, legal professionals and advocates learn how to effectively use an empowerment-based approach as they work to identify and meet the needs of survivors. A certified yoga and meditation instructor Justine also conducts wellness trainings for non-profits, advocates, activists and social service professionals.

Justine also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, and offers legal, advocacy, media, management and project development consulting for non-profit legal and social justice organizations. She works with executive directors, program directors and communications professionals on project development and messaging and small non-profit boards interested in enhancing their outreach and fundraising capacity. Justine also provides advice and assistance to other victim's lawyers who need help managing the legal and media aspects of their sexual assault, domestic violence, and sexual abuse cases.

Legal & Political Analysis & Commentary
Ms. Andronici helps the public understand legal and social justice issues. She has appeared as a commentator in national print, radio and television media discussing victim's rights, equality, sexual assault and abuse and Supreme Court nominations. Andronici has also authored numerous articles for legal and popular media on topics related to her work. She is a contributing writer and Advisory Board Member for Ms. Magazine and writes commentary for other publications and on Medium.
Advocacy
Justine is active in local and national issue advocacy, and occasionally, when she feels particularly inspired by a candidate, in political campaigns. In addition to speaking out on issues of the day relevant to her expertise, Justine consults with social justice and victim advocacy organizations to help them develop and enhance their programmatic work and support their efforts to make meaningful change. Justine has also served on several national and state non-profit boards, including the National Board of the National Organization for Women (NOW), and was a founding Board member for Matt Sandusky's Peaceful Hearts Foundation. She has worked in rural communities in Central Pennsylvania on legal systems change efforts and has also worked as an advisor to political campaigns in Pennsylvania working to elect rural progressive feminist political candidates.
Academic Lecturing
Andronici is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience with law students and undergraduates. She has taught collegiate courses on women’s rights and enjoys spending time with students in the classroom as a guest lecturer.
